1. Managed our expectations - simply put, he underpromised, and overdelivered. We sold our house for more than we expected and bought our dream house at a price point below what we thought we needed to, especially in this market.
2. Simplified the process - The real estate industry and the entire process can be very overwhelming. Sheldon did a great job simplifying the complexities, explaining how it all worked, breaking it down, and educated us along the way. This really helped reduce our stress and made us feel like educated partners in each transaction.
3. Follow up - He kept us informed every step of the way. Even the “no” update he provided was an update in itself. We always knew what was going on, where we were at in the process, and gave us transparent feedback and info. Much appreciated!!!
